Recurring payments & one time + recurring combos

Instead of just having a one time payment, it would be great to have recurring ones, as well as combinations, e.g.:
$... every ... days
$... now, then $... every ... days starting ... days after the first payment
As an optional add-on to this, with every payment notification email, a link could be sent to the customer to set up the next appointment (if applicable).
These features would be great for ongoing consulting and other services.

would also love the option to have start date specified. For example. we teach group sessions and new groups starts from the 1st of each month. So we want people to sign up before the batch starts and the billing to start on 1st and not on the day they signed up. Thanks

Option to be able to split payment over a fixed number of instalments would be good (not ongoing subscription)

Yes Yes Yes Yes! Coaches and consultants that have long term contracts need this! I would love a monthly recurring payment options. (Subcription feature is available through Paypal and stripe).
In an ideal world, I'd like the client to then choose the date/time of their recurring appointment with notification of conflict.
e.g.
They opt to have their 1-hour coaching session every Tuesday at 5pm. Over the course of the year, this creates 5 conflicts on certain dates.
A conflict occurs on Tuesday 9th June, they are prompted to choose a an alternative time or day for that particular conflict.
