Make "Choose Duration" more obvious

Clients have been missing the fact that some bookings can be different durations and just leave the pre-selected (first) option.
I believe it's the placement of the "Choose Duration" block that people are skipping right over because it's not connected with the info they're looking for - selecting a time and date. Having them select it before they even read the description text is counterintuitive.
Please move the Choose Duration block to right above the "Select Date", so it's 1. Select duration
2. Select date
3. Select time
