At the moment this is difficult because of the duplication or customer/client details. However, some clients have a recurring slot and I book this for them.
At the moment, I need to go to my booking site, select the slot, find the customer details from another source, copy and paste these details into the booking site and then request the meeting.
It would be so much easier to log into the blab admin and reserve the slots through there as I could then also override any appointment restrictions. This would mean the client continues to have the great blab experience, such as email confirmation and sms reminder.

I have found that the only way to schedule outside of my set calendar is to create a bogus appointment and then go in and reschedule, which allows me to pick any time even if it is outside of my set schedule.

I have made duplicates of every meeting and labelled them with an asterisk and then removed all calendar checking so I can book whenever I deem fit... really time consuming workaround but it works for now

Plus there are times I want to add an appointment that I don’t show as available ... I want to manually add an appointment to a time I have blocked off

I've seen feature requests with much fewer votes make it into planned. Come on BLAB... please, please, please put this feature on the planned books!!!

Yes please please! At this point if I book for a client over the phone, for a time that works for me but is not listed, I have to first book, and then reschedule. It's so unprofessional for the client to get a booking email and then a rescheduled email for an appointment I myself am booking!!

YES, this would be vital when dealing with clients over the phone. The other important ingredient is that via the BLAB dashboard we should be able to overcome various appointment barriers like busy time or time schedule.
For instance, a customer with a link when its set to 25% busy, won't see a particular time like 1pm. This happened to me today. So I had to turn off the 25% busy, refresh, book the client and then turn 25% busy back on.

This is so important and the #1 thing I miss from Acuity Scheduling. Critical that we get this feature so we can track all appointments and override booking availability when needed!

I'd vote for this one multiple times if I could... lol. This is an absolute must!! I am tired of pretending to be my customer when they book over the phone or in person. Please, please, please make this one go LIVE!!!!

This feature would be amazing, my work around for now is I reschedule their current booking to their new one. This losses all my history data.

Agreed! Would love to have this feature as I believe it’s standard in other booking applications like ScheduleOnce and Acuity
