I love the option/idea. Maybe this gets too tricky and complicated but I guess there may need to be a delay before sending things out to give the boss a chance to "approve" the sending or mark as no show, for example. I do group sessions and if I have 10 scheduled and only 8 show up I may need 15-20 after the session to mark 2 to not receive the follow up mail, or even better, mark them with a toggle which one to receive like version a, b, or no email at all. Say for no shows I would also love to send a semi-automated follow-up, but obviously a different one. But it might be good to have some way to mark that. Maybe the easiest is to have a 1-2 template feature set (show and no show), and then after a booking is completed a boss could mark the attendees and then they'll get the follow-up within an hour or so? Show, No show, and No email/follow-up might be the 3 choices. Then in a perfect world one could select which one of the 3 is the default and what the delay timer might be after the session until the follow up is triggered. Thinking out loud here... Or you get the API / Integrately connection going and we can do that via external CRM.

The email about needing to mark it a no show. This is actually a brilliant idea to have two followup paths. 1. a no show and 2. a held appointment

I would love to send my clients a mail after an appointment asking for their feedback/follow up with an offer. Of course I can do that manually but an automation would be great. It would be perfect if there would be an aoutomation e.g. after 1 day a mail will be sent with a customized content (E.g. I really enjoyed our call yesterday. It wouöd be great if you fill my feedback form (link) to improve my service. Best regards, XY)

This feature is in early stages of scoping out. One question that comes up internally you may be able to help us with. When a booking is scheduled we (BLAB) assume it takes place when it s supposed to unless we know otherwise. What would happen if you have a no show with an auto-email set up. As far as we know the booking took place so we would send it. It seems to me that with this feature we would need to also offer the ability to mark a booking as "didn't take place" - in which case we wouldn't send the email. If the Boss didn't flag it we would send the email. Looking for feedback

Ça serait effectivement judicieux de prévoir cette option, en gardant la possibilité de personnaliser les mail.
J'attend cette fonctionnalité avec impatience !!!

It would indeed be wise to provide this option, while keeping the possibility of personalizing the emails.
I am looking forward to this feature !!!

Agreed and I believe you have the right thought process. The default thinking should be that the meeting happened. If there is a no show the Boss logs in and cancels the email. Also, possibly set the follow-up to be sent 15 minutes after the meeting completes so that the Boss can finish a meeting and decide to login and cancel or modify the message before it is sent.

I think there's value for a couple ways this could happen.. BLAB could send an email to us right after a scheduled appointment with a link that would lead to an interface within BLAB to configure a list of questions / resources / next booking link to send to a client.. We'd select which ones we want to send from a prepopulated list (along with the option to type in something custom so it doesn't look like a form email), and then even a scheduler so we can say "wait x mins/hours/days/weeks then send this email"

Added bonus points to tie this into some of the existing integrations like Dubb, and to also consider new ways to interact with BLAB via /commands from Slack to trigger these automated email followups

A few ways this could happen - BLAB could send us an email at the end of a meeting, or even 5 mins before it's slated to end, that prompts us to click a link that opens a page in BLAB.

This would have prepopulated questions, resources, a new booking link, and we'd be able to select the ones we want to include - adding an area to add a custom greeting or question/line would also let us escape the "generic form letter" curb appeal.

We'd then be able to choose something like "Wait x mins/hours/days/weeks and send this email"

Added bonus for deeper integration with existing tools like Dubb, as well as adding them for tools that work as notetakers in Zoom and Meet like Perfect Recall and Transcript to allow us to send the minutes of a meeting within that automated email

Definitely Dani!
Having the ability to make a meeting a no-show and then BLAB would send one of two follow-ups. This would be amazeballs!
