For my business the SMS reminder would be much more useful if it contained the time of their appointment and the location.

When you request a reschedule for a call, the text explaining the reason that they receive is unformatted and not clear or easy for the booker to see. Can you make the formatting clearer and easy to see and allow us to format it how we want it to appear?

Oh my word I can't believe you have been waiting over 18months for this feature. I would never have registered for BLAB if I had realised that you can't turn off the message description & success page wording from the reminder emails !!

Yes, and it would be great if we could add additional emails (for example, I don't want just 1 reminder email to go out - it would be great if we could send different reminders: ie the first reminder is more in-depth about the call, then the day of just a quick little email to make sure they are still ready.

This information would be SO helpful as I still have ppl who are only seeing the text I send and there’s no information on where they are supposed to go. To be able to have the location or join link in the text would be INCREDIBLE!
