Allow customers to book individual sessions of 1 event

I host weekly meetups / events with max of 3 people. Instead of having to create 52 individual events, it would be awesome to create 1 event (the meetup) and then create individual sessions at whatever date / time they are (as it always changes), and then people can book the sessions individually. Would be so great vs booking all the individual things.
