Add name of client on the booking screen

The booking screen currently shows the date and package booked but to see who booked I need to click into each one. The clients name shoudl be on this top level screen at least non-group bookings.

If it is a "solo" booking the client name is there already. If it is a group booking we show it in the details page. You can see this info on the orders screen.

Would be great if the client name showed FIRST and then the booking type showed AFTER the name.
