Bugs

The dropdown option currently default shows the first option in the list so people can just click submit without selecting anything and it then submits with the first item in the list for way too many people.

As it is, in every list, I have to put This as the first option ... but given that is "an option" making the field "required" does nothing since is technically an option... but at least at tells me who just clicked submit without making a selection... please fix this issue
