Add Hidden Fields to Categorize Appointments

I have to need to have two appointments with the same name but have them have different availability.
Having hidden fields that I can prefill on their submission (for example, to identify where they came from), and also a hidden description field that appears when I'm glancing at my appointments to sort them on my appointments page would be amazing.
